Yes, absolutely. All our care staff undergo rigorous vetting, including complete background checks (enhanced DBS) and reference checks. They also complete comprehensive mandatory training before they begin delivering care, followed by continuous professional development.
Continuity of care is a priority for us. We ensure that every client is introduced to a small team of regular carers. If your primary carer is unavailable, another fully briefed member of your familiar care team will step in seamlessly.
Our visiting domiciliary care sessions usually start from 30 minutes minimum. This ensures the carer has adequate time to safely and effectively provide the necessary support without rushing.
Yes, your care plan is completely flexible. We perform regular reviews to ensure the care provided still meets your needs. If your requirements increase, decrease, or change in nature, we will adjust the plan accordingly.

Clients can pay privately, or via local authority direct payments / personal budgets if eligible. We invoice every two to four weeks. Our team can discuss the payment options and help you understand potential funding routes during your initial consultation.
