These terms and conditions govern your use of the Kairos Health & Social Care website and the provision of our care services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. Provision of Care Services

The specific details, costs, and scope of care will be agreed upon in a written Care Agreement and personalized Care Plan before the commencement of any services. We reserve the right to assess the suitability of our services for your specific needs.

3. Fees and Payment

Invoices are issued on a regular basis (typically two to four weeks) for services rendered. Payment terms are strictly outlined in your Care Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments remain outstanding without prior agreement.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled care visit, we require a minimum notification period as stipulated in your Care Agreement (usually 24 to 48 hours). Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to standard charges.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We process personal and sensitive medical data in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the highest standards of safety and care, Kairos Health & Social Care holds appropriate public liability and employer's liability insurance.
